Mark Picton is a building contractor, conservation oriented land planner and developer, and a professional in land use and environmental planning and management. He earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Management (MEM) from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies in 2012. He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1975, with a major in Dairy Science.
Mark has worked with land trusts, municipalities, and private clients in Connecticut, as both principal and consultant, to design and implement residential developments around conservation priorities.
